Henry Moore and my childhood

This sculpture stands by Jardine House (previous known as Connaught building) for years. Once it was on a piece of dry land and children including me liked to climb on to the ring, re-calling me of the view of small children exploring the 'Hammer' sculpture of Claes Oldenburg in the evening of the summer in 2007. Now, deliberately or not, it is re-located on a 'wet' stand commonly used in so-called contemporary environmental design, especially for expensive business premises. Well, I have grown up and not going to climb it again. But, is it necessary to 'isolate' the sculpture completely from the public by a 'fortress river'? Just wonder...
