Taste of first love / Macau Pudding



Thanks to the support of my friends, everytime we have party of different reasons, they always order my home-made Macau pudding. Rox is one of my friend who enjoys this simple cake very much. Other friends say the way she enjoys the cake likes having the taste of first love. Believe it?

Receipe of Macau Pudding 木糠布甸 (serve 10)
Ingredients:
Whipped cream 1000 ml
Evaporated milk 300 ml
Sugar 1 table spoon
Marie fingers 120 g
Oreo sandwich with the filling removed 120g
Cocoa powder 2 table spoon

Method:
1. Whip the cream until stand, add evaporated milk and whip till completely mixed.

2. Grind the two biscuit to powder form separately.
3. Lay powdered Marie fingers on the bottom of a pan.
4. Use spatula to lay a layer of whipped cream on the powdered Marie fingers.
5. Lay powdered Oreo as Step 3 and repeat Step 4. Use the two kinds of biscuits alternatively with whipped cream in between.
6. Finally sprinkle the cocoa powder on the top of the cream with the help of a sieve.
7. Put the pudding into freezer for three hours.
8. Serve chilled.
